We also believe professional photography is an important way to market a home. In todays world, 92% of homebuyers are using the internet for their home searches. A great photo will often get a home buyer through the door. There are agents out there that do not believe professional photography is a must. We have to disagree. We feel great looking photos are essential to marketing your home. These days, many home buyers are under the age of 40, and beautiful photos are what will make them pause on real estate websites. You may have a stunning home, but if you failed on the photography, people will just scroll right through.
