1st North Townhomes:  SOLD OUT  9 unit development each consisting of 2 bed, 2.5 baths, rooftop decks,  Nashville skyline views, and an awesome downtown location.   We consider this a catalyst project for the area and have since seen signs of other redevelopment of housing, commercial, and restaurants coming in.  These units were offered with a fantastic price point of $300k

The Vue at 1st North:   Coming 2018   9 unit townhome development just across the street from our 1st North project.  These will be a complimentary style with similar amenities.  Construction to start early 2018


Castleman Drive in Green Hills, TN

Castleman Drive Homes:     Luxury living.   These two homes are in the heart of Green Hills, one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods, featuring 1st class finishes, gourmet kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms.  Prices to be in the mid 700’s

Cambridge Condominiums:   SOLD OUT  20 unit condominium complex in Gallatin.  Our Phase I and Phase II both sold out prior to completion with a current waiting list as we wrap up the last 8 units.  This development has served a very strong need for a quality product in a great location with a price point under $160k.

Holly Tree subdivision:   Single family homes in White house providing a product in which we saw a strong demand and lack of supply.  These homes ranged from 1600 to 1900 sq feet priced in the low 200’s.

Brookside Village:    1 Level Living Coming 2018     This 23 unit development will be targeting the “move down” buyer who is looking for less maintenance and easy 1 level living with a great proximity to shopping, restaurants, and interstate. Quality construction and finishes all with a price point under 200k

Green Hills Subdivision:   We will continue building in this great neighborhood in Springfield that has a country atmosphere and just minutes from downtown.  Single family homes ranging from 1,300 square feet to 1,700 with a price point under $200k

Matt Burnett

Matt started his real estate career just after college with a strong desire to be successful and build a company to be proud of. In 1999 “Burnett Builders” was formed which has since built close to 300 homes and small commercial projects. Along with the construction arm of the business, Matt focusses on Commercial Real Estate Sales and Development.
